The River’s Edge Restaurant & Bar

In the heart of downtown Knights Ferry lies The River’s Edge, a restaurant that, as you may have guessed, sits on the edge of the Stanislaus River. The restaurant also has an attached bar, so feel free to grab a snack or a drink after checking out the downtown area. While both inside and outside seating are available, we highly recommend taking a seat on the outside deck that overlooks the water! With offerings that range from American to Italian, The River’s Edge has something everyone in the group can enjoy!

The 50’s Roadhouse

Right off the highway, The 50’s Roadhouse is often the first establishment seen by many heading into the town of Knights Ferry. This blast from the past offers American-diner type offerings, ranging from themed sandwiches like the James Dean and Buddy Holly to hot wings, chicken fingers, and steaks. The Roadhouse also hosts a bar, so if you are looking for an adult refreshment you can find that there as well! The Roadhouse is located on Kennedy Road, just off of Highway 108/120.

The Knights Ferry Creamery

The Knights Ferry Creamery, located smack-dab in the middle of town, is the perfect destination for those with a sweet tooth! The Creamery, which offers an array of ice creams, snacks, sweets and espresso, is a popular destination in the hot summer months for those looking to cool off with some fresh-made ice cream! Popular flavors like chocolate and vanilla are complemented by rotating specials for those looking to quench their cravings in more daring ways!

Knights Ferry General Store, Saloon, and Grille

The General Store, one of the oldest establishments in all of Knights Ferry, is a great place to stop to grab a quick snack or refreshment to go, and is also a great place to hang around if you are looking to relax! The front of the building is a general store, and the back area is a saloon and grille area, where you can order popular sandwiches and salads! General Store is open everyday (except Wednesday) from 9AM to 6PM.  The Saloon is open from noon to midnight on Sat/Sun and 5 to midnight on Tuesday and Friday.  The store is a landmark in town, and a fantastic place to nourish yourself before or after exploring everything Knights Ferry has to offer!
